The Essential Link:
A Parent Resource Binder

Produced by the Newfoundland and Labrador Home and School Federation, 1996, the Binder was developed through funding by the Canada-Newfoundland Cooperation Agreement on Human Resources Development.   The information in the Binder is aimed at parents of children in grades 4 to 6, though much of the information is relevant to younger and older children.   Response from teachers and parents has been very positive.   We thank the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers Association for contributing a second printing.

A copy of the binder has been sent to every school and school board in the province.
